Returns and Exchanges
We at Sephi Kozmedics LLC thank you for your interest in our products. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. In the unlikely event that you received your product damaged, please contact us at sephikozmedics@gmail.com within 48 hours of the Delivery date. Your email should include the following information:
We will respond promptly and if the damage is valid, a replacement or refund will be provided at our discretion. If the product however isn't deemed damaged (per the seller's discretion), no refund or replacement will be received. If a replacement item (Limited Items, Collections, etc.) are not available, we will refund the full price.
Please be aware that "damaged products" refers to a malfunction with the wand, tube, or cracks. This does not include air spaces that are normal when the wand is removed. These are handmade products and variations may occur. i.e. slight color differences
